How do I add a new question and answer?

To add a new FAQ, please do the following:

Click "Manage FAQ" 
 From the page dashboard, click "Add New" and then select "Question and Answer" 
 Each new question and answer should be categorized 
 Save and publish

You can always edit the frequently asked questions, rearrange them and select other categories.

Can I insert an image, video or gif into the FAQ?

Yes. To add media, please do the following:

1. Go to Application Settings 
 2. Click Manage FAQ 
 3. Create or select the question you want to add media to 
 4. When editing a reply, click the video, picture or GIF icon 
 5. Add media from the library and save.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ" title?

Accepted Answer

You can edit the title in the Application Settings. If you don't want to show the title, just turn off the title in the "Info to Display" area.
